| Look for in a partner | My first wife and I were young--when we married she was just 22, I was 24. It didn't last. My present wife and I met when I was in the service. We've had a good marriage in a lot of ways, but we have grown apart. She has spent long periods of time away from me, up with her family and her elderly father. We no longer agree on a lot of things, and we may divorce. I am looking for a woman/ women who is/are interested in living a Christian life in a plural marriage, who is/are open to the idea of plural marriage from the start. I'm not looking for a young woman, but if I met one with the right qualities I wouldn't automatically say no just because of her age. (That is not likely to be a problem (lol). | On the first date | The most reasonable thing would be to meet for coffee just to say hello. For a second date, maybe lunch. Third date, maybe dinner. I am a cowboy-boots-and-blue-jeans kind of guy, and I drive a beater 4x4 with a new engine, new transmission, new transfer case and no air conditioning. It's not a beauty, but it is dependable, and tough and good-to-go. If you want comfort, best drive your own car. My truck is kinda for the adventurous. |
